Resume advices needed THANKS

Hi all,

I graduated from a non-target last year and started working immediately at a BB as a risk analyst(not in NYC). Since I got some experiences, I want to relocate to NYC either by internal transferring or jumping to other companies. I don't mind if still doing risk in NYC, but credit risk would be better. I would also love to explore other opportunities, such as FO, other MO jobs and consulting.

here is my resume and I have several concerns:
1. I am an international but do not need Visa sponsorship. Should I put it in the resume?
2. Experience on the top? or education?
3. Last working experience was in freshman year summer. Does it need to be there? if not, what else could I put in? Interest?
4. My friend said only use one action verb in each bullet point. True? Any bullet points I need to revise?
5. Anything else?

not related to resume: when is the best time to tell my manager that I am leaving?(after offer in hand?) Do I tell my manager I am interviewing for positions? Any career advice in general?

Also if you are aware of any openings and think I might be interested in, please let me know!

Thank you!!!!

is there a reason why your heading is 'finance, economics etc'? and not plain old 'Education'

you've got a nice looking hanging indent in your market risk bullet points but you haven't continued you into your others - its nit picking but i quite like how it looks with the slight indent

no separate skill and interest section? youve got programming skills, dont risk them missing that line

Thank you!!

The heading is just something that my school does....so do you suggest just change to Education?

I will work on the rest of experience sections.

if I want to add a skill and interest section, I probably will need to delete the last experience. What do you think? And also for programming skills, like java and matlab, I only took one course on those. Is that sufficient enough for me to list them on my resume?
