Hi there, I would appreciate a quick review to my profile. Almost three years of transfer pricing experience in a B4 working in 2 different countries, CFA Level III Candidate. I'm trying to switch to a more finance job and I'm considering Valuations, Debt advisory, and Rating agencies. Leave transfer pricing is my first priority.

I would take a long and careful look at the Mergers and Acquisitions resume template, it has a lot of useful changes for you to make.
My biggest quick takeaways - After 3 years post-uni, career should be above education - it seems like your education section takes up a LOT of space - try and quantify your transfer pricing experience more: deal sizes, the resultant tax savings, etc. - Most importantly, talk about the impact/result your work had whenever possible - I think the "Courses" section ought to be removed so far from uni - the "Career skills" section should be taken out in my opinon - Make your interests more specific: type of volunteer work, reading, sports, etc., to make it more personal/unique - Take out the MS office part

Would u delete only the MS office section or the whole bullet point with the databases? I think this is relevant.
Courses: would u delete the section on the bottom or the bullets included in education?
Maybe the most important: when u have 3ys post uni, does experience always go above education?

I don't know if I'm right here but should you maybe just put the CFA certs down at the bottom? Like as Certifications: CFA levels 1 & 2 right above Languages?
I see your point, but the reason why I put it in education is because I don't want the reader to skim through the CV and miss it...

You may want to take the time to have your resume reviewed by a professional third party. I would recommend a company like Let's Eat, Grandma, LLC (Google it). They offer free resume reviews, all you have to do is sign up on the website and email them your documents.
If you're going to use a third party to review your resume, try the WSO or MI resume service.
I previously helped look at resumes at a BB. Quick glance, most people don't find it effective if you're intermediate in a language; if you're fluent in a foreign language list it, if you're not don't bother putting it down.
List your GPA. I would automatically ding resumes without a GPA.
Besides that, everything else looks good.

I have already thought about the GPA issue, and here it goes my concern: I'm not from the US and here in Europe the grading system is completely different. Let's say we are graded from 0 to 10 (0 min and 10 max), and I don't know anyone that has finished school with more than 8.5 average.
On the other hand, I'm sending my CV to London based firms, so maybe they're familiar with the system and I should report it as it is.
What'u guys think?
