Tear this f***er apart, S&T/IBD SA Resume

Please tear this thing a new one. I can handle criticism, be outspoken and forthright. Do I suck at life or am I getting close? I am aiming to land a BB SA role on a FICC trading desk but I will be applying to IBD and ER SA roles too. I will be using my personal network for all interviews however I realize my resume will be my only chance at a interview.

The only role that is in the present tense should be my work with the investment club. Should I create two separate essays for IBD and S&T? Should I put my work experience on top of my education where I come from non-target with decent GPA? Rip the skills section apart.

Thanks guys the advice I have gotten off this site has been invaluable. I don't really care about being too candid.

I love the first bullet. It's like you were doing trade entry at gun point...because I really don't see any other reason why booking a swap would be so damn stressful. Your next point should be something like "Calculated T+1 P&L under extreme weather conditions while being kicked by a midget".

Also, nothing from your real work experience leads me to believe that you are skilled in "DCF valuation" or "excel modelling".

Under my tutelage, you will grow from boys to men. From men into gladiators. And from gladiators into SWANSONS.

Your interests can't be more vanilla put things you are actually interested in...then again you could be just a robot trying to become a number like a lot of kids on this site.

The answer to your question is 1) network 2) get involved 3) beef up your resume 4) repeat -happypantsmcgee WSO is not your personal search function.

That "become a number" line is deep, bro. Wait, can I call you "bro" or is that offensive? You're like my only black friend.
