Afraid to not be admitted to any schools

Hi,

I am currently working on my transfer applications and to be honest, I am afraid that I have a list of to many schools that are hard to get into so I won't be admitted anywhere. I have a GPA of 3.82, no SAT or ACT, international student with a 3.64/6 GPA from high school but I do believe I have a great story. Do you think that my list of schools is realistic?

Cornell University - Dyson school of business
Kenan Flagler
Duke University
Boston College - Carroll School
Harvard (for fun)
USC Marshall

As an international who came to study in the states, I still honestly can’t give you an answer. It’s a complete crapshoot anyways, and without an SAT, there’s no reference point. Just be sure to apply to safeties and possibly to other countries as well.

Thinking the same, what would you consider safe schools that are also good?

Depends on so many things, what ur studying, what ur goals are, what the budget is. Since you’re on this sub, I assume it’s something in “high finance”, and in that case there’s no target schools I can recommend which are a safe bet 100%. As far as safety schools just generally speaking, id look at sub 50 us news sort of range and some mid tier liberal art schools. But I’m not really super familiar with transfers, especially without SAT.

hi, thanks for your answers. I am currently at a community college so I have to transfer to finish my BA.
