Better to Apply to Undergrad-B Schools as White or Asian?

Put "other" if you can with the reasoning that you would've put "middle eastern" except they didn't offer the choice. If they don't let you be other then be white if your name/extracurriculars don't give it away. If they do then you might have to be Asian so try to find a way to subtly emphasize that you're middle eastern and not Indian or East Asian and try to include some non-academic/non-ambitious interests even if you think they're irrelevant (preferably something white like Tennis/golf/frat membership/the guitar) to try to counteract the model minority stereotypes. Our current admissions system (Mba and hiring included) is setup to give historically disadvantaged and underrepresented minorities a shot and to make sure there're enough spots for mediocre white people; unless you feel moral imperatives to represent some identity (which it seems like you don't) it makes sense to play the game.

A person having origins in any of the original peoples of the Far East, Southeast Asia, or the Indian subcontinent including, for example, Cambodia, China, India, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Pakistan, the Philippine Islands, Thailand, and Vietnam.

Middle East is caucasian.

You’re a foreigner. Not sure your race matters when you apply to US schools. They’ll see Pakistani citizenship and think whatever they want. I like Muslims, and I like Pakistani food. If I were reading your application I’d be inclined to like you. Your race and skin color? Who cares?

White 100%. Affirmative actions hurts Asians the most.
