Boston College vs Santa Clara

Would it be more helpful to go to BC or SCU in order to get into West coast ib? I know Bc is ranked slightly higher, but SCU is on the west coast, so would that be a better option for the west coast?

SCU's school experience is way better so there's that, plus there's too many dimes to count. BC doesn't have OCR for the west coast so it's an equal choice on that front if we're only talking west coast IB. SCU has an edge in terms of IB alumni in SF but BC isn't too far off. Honestly, since they're both non targets for the west I'd pick where you'd fit in the best and where you would have the best time since west coast IB at both will be an uphill battle.
