Failed an MBA class

My B-school is in Canada and requires that the passing grade is B- (~65%) and the class average cannot exceed a B+. This is significantly stricter than most B-schools in the US.

Recently I learned that I have just failed a class (grade was posted, I haven't had the chance to view my paper yet). I swear I did all the work and I showed up to classes, etc. It was just that the subject matter was new to me and I had a really hard time getting it.

I'm going to request for a re-grading. What is the chance that B-schools help pass their students? I guess my question is, how likely is it for B-school to change a course's result from a F to a B-? I heard that business schools typically try to pass as many of their students as possible... Is it true? Does the MBA Office play a role in revising the grade? Please help give me some suggestions of what to do. I am really scared right now!! I don't want to be dismissed from school!!! Thank you.

It's completely subjective but the odds aren't in your favor, F is very far away from B-. A school can dismiss individuals if they aren't up to par or be lenient (depends on relationship with professor, how far along in program you are, reputation, extenuating circumstances, etc).

If I was you, I would try to find others who performed poorly + some who performed well. If you're lucky, you will be able to find a group of people that share your sentiment of the subject matter being very difficult and make a humble request for additional work or re-evaluation. Even if you find a group of people to make the case with it's a very tough sell.

Just had my trade dispute rejected by Schwab for a loss of 35k. This single issue alone should be a gigantic red flag to anyone who trades on their platform. If they have a system error, and you do not video record your trading (they actually said this), they will not honour their fuck up. Switching everything away from them. Fuck this company.
