Haas, UCLA vs non-Stanford M7s for tech jobs.

Say one wants to get a post-MBA job in the West-coast tech sector, broadly speaking, such as corp strat/dev or rotational programs at blue chip tech firms, tech banking, tech-focused consulting offices (do they exist to the extent tech banking does?). And say he didn't get into Stanford, which is obviously the best choice here. Would this person be wiser going to Haas or maybe UCLA vs non-Stanford M7? Obviously if he gets into Harvard than that's a no-brainer too (who would turn down Harvard for Haas). What about Wharton? Other top schools?
