IBEB at Erasmus University Rotterdam or BSc Finance at Durham?

Im trying to break into IB (preferably a major bank in the US or UK) and I was wondering what degree is best for that. I’m considering doing a masters after graduating. If possible, I’d like to know where most IBEB or Durham Finance students end up to get a reference point. Thank you

If you are considering a master afterwards go for IBEB at Erasmus. You can aim a top master after with that degree. If you want to do only a bachelor then go to Durham to aim London. Today you need a top master for a top position in any case. Good luck

Thank you for your comment. I was thinking the same but I’m afraid of the Dutch grading system which is quite harsh. I believe it’s much easier to get a UK First than an 8.0/10 in the Dutch system, which could make me a bit less competitive for a top masters (plus IBEB has a few annoying courses like philosophy or accounting). I was also worried about internships in Rotterdam, I feel like there are more opportunities in London or somewhere in the UK. On the contrary, IBEB is way less expensive. I also have friends there so that’s nice. Finally, I know that the IBEB program is probably more rigorous than Finance at Durham. Let’s say my end goal is a top masters at Oxford, MIT, Cambridge or other great schools, what would give me the best shot at that?
