Is UCL MSc Finance well established for 2026?

Is the UCL MSc Finance well established now for 2026 intake or is it still considered a non-target at postgrad for IB/AM?

I completed my undergrad in Civil Engineering at a non-target (ranked ~120th in the UK) through a degree apprenticeship, so I have over 4 years of engineering consulting experience but none in finance.

I’ve been rejected from LSE and Imperial, but have offers from UCL MSc Finance, Edinburgh MSc Finance and Investment, and Warwick MSc Management.

Should I accept any of these offers? Or should I apply elsewhere or continue trying to break in through off-cycle internships without a finance masters?

Any honest takes appreciated.

Appreciate the honest response. Would you suggest accepting Edinburgh over UCL?
UCL as a whole is higher ranked and has the benefit of the London Canary Wharf campus, but perhaps Edinburgh is better for a more established MiF and cheaper tuition?

They're good for undergrad but their masters are cash grabs. You can check alumni outcomes on linkedin, its usually MO/BO at banks or big 4
