LSE Economics vs French prépa (HEC)

Hello,

I got accepted in LSE's Bsc Economics and the French prepa Ginette, which is one of the best, giving me the chance to aim at HEC/ESSEC.

I wish to work in IB/Private Equity later on (in London). What do you think on both paths?

Thanks a lot

Go to LSE. Best case: you start full time in IB after undergrad. Worst case: no offer, you can still apply for MSc at HEC/ESSEc

LSE and try to get into Banking straight from BSc

I'm talking about liquid. Rich enough to have your own jet. Rich enough not to waste time. Fifty, a hundred million dollars, buddy. A player. Or nothing. See my Blog & AMA

LSE, Prepa sucks and is uncertain. You can easily go to IB from there, worst comes to worse, you can enter a Grand Ecole after your BSc for 2 years.

It depends on where you want to work. If you absolutely want to stay in France, Ginette --> HEC/ESSEC (you have certain odds to get them), and you'll learn much more different things than LSE (long debate on French prepa's ...)
