Mich Econ vs. Boston College CSOM for west coast banking

I am still waiting on my Ross decision but assuming it's a rejection, which b school should I go to if I want to do west coast banking? Money is not an issue and I'm really just looking to go wherever will give me the best opportunities to jumpstart my career in IB. Middle-eastern female if it matters. Thank you.

most people at Ross went for nyc, but I remember a few guys trying for west coast because that’s where they wanted to go and we’re from the area, etc. and they actually got a ton more help because people were willing to connect them to people in west coast much better. there are like 3-5 kids / 120 who go west coast which you might think may suck because of the lack of representation but it’s the same process usually just slightly different. recommend ross because you may want to change your mind, but if cost is an issue maybe not
