Profile Evaluation for Msc in Finance

I know you all must see a lot of these but I'm looking for outside opinions on my applications for Master of Finance programs in Europe. I'll start with my profile and then the schools I'm interested in applying to. Any help at all is greatly appreciated.
I am from Canada and am attending a non-target school (my school is well known within Canada, but not on a global scale). I am a third year and will be graduating in 2 years (I am in a co-op program which extends the degree by a year to make room for work terms). I am majoring in Real Estate and minoring in Finance, but it is worth nothing that the Real Estate program has many finance courses and I have used all of my electives on either math of finance courses. I expect to finish with a 3.67/4.33 GPA (which translates to roughly 3.7/4.0) (GPA is brought down by first year; years 2-4 are much higher). I have written the GMAT and scored a 700. I have completed two internships in finance roles with big banks in Canada, two in large commercial real estate firms, and one in one of the larger private equity firms in Canada. I am also an executive in my schools most prestigious finance club and the vice president of finance of a student grouped aimed at promoting environmental preservation and care.
The Master of Finance programs (or variants of) that I am interested in applying to are as follows:

I know that the personal statement, essays, and interviews make up a big part of the application. However, I am more interested in getting an opinion based on the information I have provided above. Do you think this is a competitive application or would I just be wasting my time and money by applying? Also, of these schools, which ones would I have a good shot of getting into? My goal, as of now, is either Essec, Bocconi, or USG, but I am open to others as well. Feel free to add to the list if the school is not listed.

I just noticed I made a mistake for GPA. It is 3.67/4.33 at my school, which translates to about a 3.7/4.0 (A-). Does this change anything?
Can you please walk me through how your 3.67/4.33 becomes a 3.7/4.0? I am interested in that type of sorcellerie!
The grade ranges are different for each. An A- on the 4.0 scale is a 3.7, and on the 4.33 scale is a 3.67. A simple generalization (and I want to stress generalization as there are slight differences) is that the difference between the two scales is at the top end. An A student on the 4.33 scale has a 4.0, however on the 4.0 scale the same student would have a 4.0. The extra .33 on the first scale is to differentiate the A students from the A+ students, which is why the majority of the other ranges are similar if not identical.
In France, HEC/ESSEC/ESCP only are targets (in that order). The rest of the French schools lag behind significantly

How is the hiring (for international students) from these courses (HEC/ESSEC/IE/USG)?
Also, how are these above mentioned programmes in terms of value and hiring vis-a-vis Oxford MFE, Cambridge MFE, LBS MFA?
