Senior at target school, extremely behind on job search and looking for next step

I am currently a senior with a 3.65 GPA at a target school on the east coast, and a cadet in ROTC. For most of my time in college, I planned on going on active duty, and always assumed that if I wanted to get out after 4 years, I'd go get an MBA and try to break into consulting then. Last spring, I had a change of heart and decided to enter the national guard/reserves instead. I like the city I'm living in and wanted to stay in the region, but I now understand that it's very late to get into consulting from undergrad. I went on a study abroad last semester and had summer training beforehand, so I didn't begin seriously looking for jobs until now, the spring semester of my senior year. I got my top choice in the national guard/reserves which I'm really excited about, but I feel like I've really messed up my opportunity for getting into consulting by being at a target school.

What would the next step be to get into consulting? I've looked into the UVA MS in Commerce program which seems promising, but I will have to attend training for my military job at the start of next year, so it wouldn't make sense to apply until next fall for the 2024-2025 program. What other options do I have at this point? If there's nothing I can do to get into consulting right now, what would be a good role to look for in the meantime?
