Serious question about a bad grade

I'm in my senior year at a public Ivy. Already accepted an offer with GS/MS/JPM. Of course I may end up going to get my MBA, which has got me thinking about this.

The first semester of my freshman year, I took a 200 level calculus class and got a C-. I took a stat class the next semester to get the same credit and got an A. I'm looking to graduate with around a 3.6.

With a 730+ on the GMAT, is this a serious problem for H/S? I seriously have no idea how they treat transcripts.

Will they cut me slack since it's first semester freshman year? Or is it especially bad because it is a quant course?

I'm trying to determine if it's worth retaking the class and basically giving up the second semester of my senior year...
