Transfer-worthy and good value undergrads from IU Kelley

Hi, I'm about to graduate high school this May. I got into some non-target T50 schools and IU Kelley in the honors college. I'm probably going to IU Kelley since it's 45k after a bit of scholarship and other schools are over 80k(can't afford).

I plan to serve a military service in my country for about a year or two after freshman year (I'm an international student) and possibly transfer to a better school if my family's financial situation gets better. IU wasn't my top choice and I don't see myself fitting well there. Though I'll definitely try to make good connections, work hard, and have fun there, I want to open the possibility of transferring.

I heard non-ibw is practically a non-target even though the size of the ibw is so small compared to the size of whole Kelley school. I also heard getting into ibw is a crapshoot, so not sure if it's worth it to spend four years there. For people who say it'd be hard to restart and make connections at a new school, I don't mind this since I'll be in the military for a while so I would have to basically restart at IU anyways.

Do you have any transfer-worthy schools for investment banking to recommend given my circumstance?

UNC - sounds good since it's a solid semi-target and it's not too expensive (about 57k) also transfer friendly

UVA - one of my dream schools and love the campus and culture, but it's expensive (76-79k). Not sure how easy it is to transfer as an international. I heard they accept a lot of virginia community college students. Does anyone know how difficult it is to get accepted as an out of state/international? Website says around 40%, but it probably includes all in states.

UMichigan - one of my dream schools and transfer friendly, but getting into Ross seems pretty competitive and it's also expensive(72-76k). Is Michigan LSA(around 40% transfer acceptance rate right?) also considered a target?

Georgetown - one of my dream schools and love the campus and culture, but doesn't seem to be transfer friendly(some websites say single digit transfer acceptance rate) and it's expensive(80+k)

Columbia gs - probably not gonna apply bc I heard they don't accept much business credits and expensive (83k) How is Columbia gs viewed?

Cornell - dream school, Ivy League prestige, but expensive (88k)

NYU - dream school and love living in the city but too expensive (90k) and I don't think I can transfer to Stern. Does anyone know if nyu Econ is worth it? Is it considered a target?

and maybe other top LACs and top schools?

If they look at my high school grades and SAT by any chance, I have 1490 sat and 4.35 - 4.4ish Weighted GPA and 3.9 something unweighted.

transferred out of iu myself and know people who transferred to all the schools u mentioned. possible

Do you think it's worth to transfer even if I have to take out a loan? anywhere from 35k to 70k
