uva or tepper

Hi guys, this is my first post here on this site! This past week, I had the opportunity to visit both the University of Virginia and Carnegie Mellon University during their "admitted student days."

Now after getting the chance to meet some students and experience their respective campuses, I can confidently say that I have NO IDEA how I'm going to choose between the two. I love their campuses for two different reasons - one is tight-knit and sunny while the the other is more city-ish and clustered. Both of them, I know have really good business programs (I'm thinking of doing finance), but while Tepper is a 4 year program, McIntire is only two. However McIntire, I've heard, still does extremely well during recruiting season.

Can anyone weigh in on their perspective between UVA's McIntire vs. CMU's Tepper? Right now I am completely torn and would be happy going to either one of them. Am I missing any faults either school may have (I know it sounds negative haha) that might sway me more definitively from one school to the other??

THANKS!

UVA. Good reputation and recruiting. Lots of fun.

I'll echo the comments above. UVA does far better from a recruiting standpoint as well as from a "fun" standpoint. You also get better weather.
