Vanderbilt MSF, MIT MFin profile evaluation

I've been thinking about the two masters recently and they seem more attainable than Columbia's MSFE. I contacted graduates from both programs, Vanderbilt's alumni and staff are insanely nice, they replied within hours, though they couldn't give me a decisive answer about how problematic my GPA would be. I plan on applying very soon for both programs and would like to hear your opinions:

GPA: 3.3 (from a poorly ranked institution)

GMAT: 720 (Q46V42)

Internships: only one internship at commercial bank. Investment banks aren't really vibrant in my country (Georgia)

My main concern is of course the GPA. But as things stand, Do I stand a chance?
