Warwick vs St Andrews vs Grinnell

If you were in my shoes, what school would you choose?
Another option is to take a gap year, and try getting into better schools in both, US and UK. I'm thinking middlebury, cmc, colgate, imperial, lse, and maybe, cambridge. I can also go to a community college in cali for the first 2 years, and try transferring to Berkeley or UCLA.
My concern with going to UK is that I keep hearing the economy is in the gutter. However, the school I've chosen in the US isn't really that great, and this is what's bugging me. I need to choose whichever school is going to give the best ROI in the future. That can be in terms of grad school placements, alumni network, option to get into finance, and so on.
FYI, I'm an international student, and my chosen major is CS+Math.
I'm open to changing my major, if required.

I went to St Andrews and absolutely loved it. If you're looking to work in the USA I'd recommend it over just about any other UK universities. 99% of Americans bucket UK universities as Cambridge, Oxford and everything else, but St Andrews is quickly starting to differentiate itself from the "everything else" bucket in a positive way.

Alumni network in the US will be great (for a UK uni) because so many of the students that attend are 1. American, 2. Very wealthy or 3. Both.... the careers center doesn't do a great job helping you into a role after uni, but as a result, all alumni go above and beyond for current students.
