Would you turn down a 50k job offer right out of school to attend an online master's in finance program at a fairly good school?

So, it seems I put myself in a bad situation by not majoring in finance or economics right off the bat. I majored in psychology (albeit, with near perfect major GPA) at a decent school (#2 in my state), but nearly every finance job I get declined an interview. So here's my situation:

50k job offer (have to move about 2000 miles)

Interview with Goldman

Haven't heard back from Bank of America or others

I also just got accepted into the University of Miami's online master's in finance with a fairly large tuition waiver. I'm thinking of doing it part-time while working, which would take three years. I'm thinking of doing my CFA level I at the same time and then jumping to an equity research/analyst sort of role. My aspirations are pretty high.

Please tell me what you would do in my situation. Of course, if I get the job offer at Goldman, the online master's just wouldn't appeal to me. That being said, the 50k job offer does come with some educational reimbursement and my family agreed to cover the rest if I attend part-time. On the other hand, the full-time program is 16 months.
