Any insights or expert view on career in FICC Securitized Structuring?

Hello, I am a fresh graduate with quantitative research background (more in factor models/ asset allocation strategies, and some derivative pricing/trading). Recently, I am referred by HR to a FICC Securitized Structuring analyst opening in BB Global Market Division. However, there is no description nor details on the position provided but only general information about the team.

May I have any expert views or insights about this role before I speak with their top management?

Since I would like to develop my career path toward portfolio manager in the long-run future, and this is also a front office role with a quite quantitative job nature (based on my basic understandings), may I have any advice on how I might could benefit from this role?
