OnlyFans Securitization?

Hear me out here guys (and girls)... what if I somehow find a way to pool together OF thots cash flow streams? Somehow get these thots under a contract for guaranteed content. Sell to investors parts of the content cash flow stream. Any content produced above the guaranteed amount is all gravy split between equity tranche, underwriter (me), and bonuses for the thots. Thoughts???

If you signed the content creators on with a base pay to produce xyz amount of content with incentives built in to pull in tips and then all cash flows from subscriptions and tips go into a SPV that pays the base pay out on a monthly basis, and then waterfall the rest to investors. almost like the content creators are buying the AAA tranche, could have to pay their way in...

isn't belle delphine about to debut her live-action feature on Christmas day? anyone excited here???

For 10 seconds this sounded like a brilliant idea to me. I'm pretty well acquainted with the YouTube content creator community and they are HUNGRY, which is why they go out of their way to post quality, new content regularly. I feel like if you gave them a lot of cash upfront and watered down their ability to attain large rewards on the backend you would considerably hurt content quality.

Plus, my guess is that OF content creators are lazy and in it only for the money and would be unlikely to be intrinsically motivated to post nudes indefinitely. Youtube content creators, on the other hand, often cover topics in which they are passionate about so you may continue to see quality products.

OF content creators don't really need to do much to find a niche and build a personal brand like youtubers. Just post the juiciest nudes and send a few "good morning" texts to simps and watch the money flow in. I really wonder how sustainable this is. Will people still be degenerates after we reopen and people could actually go on dates with normal humans?
