BAML likes to do a lot of early recruiting and has filled a good amount of their SA position through accelerated interview processes, with people receiving offers back in mid September. Going forward, getting an offer from BAML is going to be tough since there are only a handful of spots left.

 

Mine was great, everyone seemed very laidback, asking technical stuff sort of matter-of-factly as the conversation carried along. Really like the people I spoke with there, they didn't grill me or make me feel out of place like a few other places did

 

well, I took part in the sophomore super day. HR told me to book 6 hours, but the truth is it is only three hours. They divide people in half and there are two super day in a day.
