Cambridge Associates or Prop Trading Analyst?

Currently trying to decide between a couple offers. I have to choose between a role as an investment analyst position at Cambridge Associates in there Boston office or a research role on a trading desk at a prop trading firm (Think DRW, Optiver, Jump, Akuna). Of course these roles are completely different. Pay is similar between positions.

I am leaning towards the prop trading role as it suits my interests and I loved my time as an intern there. Is there anything I am missing?
