Careers at Minority Owned Broker Dealers

Whats it like working at a minority owned broker dealer like CastleOak Securities, Loop Capital or Williams Capital? They seem to be underwriters on many large bond deals and they look to be pretty active in equity and FI S&T. I know that large asset managers have made an effort to do more trades with minority owned brokers dealers. Does anyone know if they routinely hire junior level employees or do they poach senior people from other sell side shops. Any color or thoughts on the space would be much appreciated.
