Big alpha move right here. This is how I got to know my wife better before we started dating.

Just put together some kind of hangout with some analysts then invite her and casually plug in that you planned it, makes you look alpha since you’re planning it. The more creative activity you plan the better.

If you want to bat outside your league, you can’t be afraid of putting yourself out there a bit. No girl is just going to come in and do all the hard work for you and just fall in your lap. You’re gonna have to elbow your way in there and prove why she should go on a date with you.

Best advice here. Gives you plausible deniability to not look like you're hitting on someone at work. Puts you in a situation of your choosing where you are top of the hiearchy. Smooth way to get number. Opens chance to hang out a bit with alcohol and see if there is any chemistry there.

My only advice to OP would be to do you best to build an abudnance mindset with this type of stuff so you dont come on too strong, get offended if things dont work out, etc

Message her on LinkedIn telling her you enjoyed meeting her and that you would love to hang out sometime, drop your number. If she’s interested she’ll bite.

Why? They met at a summer orientation not a networking event. It’s a friendly environment. Wouldn’t say to do something like that a a networking event but in this specific case it’s just the contact info they exchanged.

Your grammar is already lost.
