Is UBS the only BB that hasn’t raised pay for its S&T juniors?
Rumours that DB, CS and Barclays all have raised, is UBS really a BB still for keeping its juniors at 85K?

Yikes, I had an offer from a bank that comes nowhere near UBS and other BB's and the starting pay for AN1 was 95k.

Too bad that the management at UBS doesn't care about its juniors. Won't be surprised that many of them will jump ship soon.
