Morgan Stanley SA S&T (NYC) UPDATES
Wanted to start this thread for any updates around the interview and offer process for MS SA in New York. I did my first phone interview on Monday and am waiting for the follow up. I am open to answering any questions anyone has about the phone interview too!
Update: Got invited to Super Day next Thursday, will keep the thread updated throughout the process. Would appreciate any insight into what its like and how to prepare.
How behavioral/technical was it?
It was basically entirely behavioral. Asked about my background, interest in markets, current trends I am looking at, why MS etc. Was with a VP in the division.
Isn’t MS done for S&T summer recruiting
I guess not, I did the hirevue in mid-august and they got back to me a month later. Maybe some spots opened up.
I see, you're a current junior? I had my MS superday September 22nd, which was very behavioral, and accepted my offer from that. It was my understanding that they were done but must have had some shifts. Best of luck and happy to give insight into the superday.

Yes got superday this Thursday.

Just had phone interview yesterday. Waiting for SD
1st rounds are being conducted between the 10th and the 19th, so I’m pretty sure we will hear after that for SDs
