UK: Jane Street, Two Sigma Securities(?), Citadel Securities, HRT, Five Rings, Jump Trading, DRW, Optiver, Maven, Old Mission, XTX, plenty more
EU: SIG, Optiver, Citadel, IMC, Flow, DRW, plenty more too probably

tier 1 is being a good trader
prestige has no meaning / value in prop trading...the only thing that matters to anybody is your P&L
if you want "prestige" ,..then go into advisory investment banking
agree with the other comments regarding prestige not being a thing in the prop world as you don’t go in for any exit opportunities
that said, some great shops include Jane Street, Citadel Securities, Optiver, SIG, Five Rings (small), Hudson River Trading (only quants, very few “traders”), Jump, IMC, DRW - this is not an exhaustive list
Do I have any exit opportunities as a prop trader? I would really like to know whether it’s a good career path as I am a student considering banking/trading/technology paths and will intern in one of the mentioned shops.
you don’t go into prop trading for the exit opportunities, but rather to make a lot of money in a relatively short timeframe
