For those roles the OA is a 25 minute capital markets test which is all valuation and basic stat/probability questions.

Has anyone done the Capital Markets OA and heard back?
Does anyone know if the OA is selective or if it means you are passed a screen? The job description said they are not sponsoring but I applied anyway and want to know if it's worth practicing and doing the OA as I'm on vacation and it's pretty suboptimal timing.
It just means u passed the screen- but if you do well on the OA (idk the threshold) you will get a phone interview 100%, its not too hard, time is the only hard part- basic dice/prob questions you can figure out even w no stats experience & general ipo/options knowledge
What does SIG stand for? Also do they have UK graduate roles?
