Everyone glorifying how trading back in the day was the golden age and the money that came with it. Like jfc, getting doused with bug spray and tackled in touch football AT WORK not even at some outside party. There's a difference between small harmless pranks and cutting off people's expensive ties.
Just straight up assholes disguising as "it's just the culture bro."

Not sure your point, clearly you never worked with anyone from those days. That culture has been long gone for years and it was hardly the “golden age of trading”.
Its like those dudes saying “high school was golden days…or college freshman year.”
HFT guys made way more money with way less stress than risk than anyone from those days.
