What are bonuses like in a structuring role?

Recently landed a job in a structuring group that mainly structures principal and non-principal protected notes. The role falls in capital markets and base salary wise, for an associate, I am making the same as someone in IB, for example.

I assume my bonus will be lower than a traders and a salesperson, but how much should I be expecting?
