Growth Equity Recruiting Timeline for UG
Does anyone have any insight on the recruiting timeline for Growth Equity internships? Looking at Lead Edge, Spectrum Equity, JMI Equity, and Summit. I know Insight has already began their process, but not sure when others kick off.

You the best bro - hope your interviews went well. Would you recommend networking to get interviews?
Summit doesn't allow networking during the recruiting cycle (their first 2-3 rounds are hirevue) then Superday.
Besides that, I 100% recommend networking. I was at a semi-target (non-Ivy) and most GE firms target HYPS. Most of your time in growth is spent sourcing and networking, so start doing the job before you get it.
Did you sign at any of those firms?
Any additional info on Lead Edge? Heard pay is really good, but don't have any more besides that.
Pay is very well, but complete sourcing sweatshop. They hire fewer analysts but have an interesting approach where they leverage LPs for sourcing deals and providing value to their portfolio-companies. Most of their LP-base is not institutional money, but rather high-net worth and influential individuals.
