Is “Semi-target school + Big 4 experience” enough for joining top investment bank or PE/VC?

Undergraduate: QS 200-400 Asian Uni,economics. Postgraduate (nearing graduation): QS 100-200, UK top 10 Uni, Semi-target school of IB/PE/VC/CO, economics (not belong to the business school).

Before Master: worked in Big 4 Asia as an auditor for 4 years, many IPO, M&A experiences. Never worked in UK or English-speaking country before.

Is it enough to get an investment bank or PE/VC job in London?

Do I need to get more certificates like CFA, ACA? Between “graduate scheme” and “social recruitment”, which one channel is easier for me to get these jobs.

Tier 2-3 investment banks, PE/VC are also under my consideration. Are these easier for me to join?

For the investment bank, considering my background in account/audit, economics, which kind of job is more suitable for me?

I have a mathematical background, but not that strong, also do not good at coding. So, a quantitive job for me may be a bit difficult.
