Possible to exit from Renewable Energy PE to growth equity?

I currently work as an investment analyst at a €150m AuM VC focused on series A / B.

I have received an offer from a ~€3b (with leverage) renewable energy PE focused on building and operating solar / wind farms.

Which one would be the better choice if my goal is to get into growth equity.
