Anything? See them often thrown around on here is one of the top GE firms along with places like TA, but looking at their portfolio I was sort of surprised. Why are they so renowned?
Their last 3 funds are 2.4x+ net
A+ firm and reputation in Growth Equity. Primarily do large growth investments consumer software businesses.
No likely route to VP but you'll learn a ton. Will be primarily sourcing focused.
Anyone know rough comp? Currently weighing an IB offer vs a job here and wondering how much of a comp hit it would be
This was a few years ago but associate all in was somewhere in the middle of $200-250K. Most people go to bschool or product/operations roles after. Don't think they promote directly.

Not sure about Spectrum specifically, but you can expect 150-170 for top GE shops

Idk im kinda confused by these guys.. there's not really transparency in regards to what training, comp and career path look like. I did my super day and it was a really weirdly formatted case

thoughts on these guys? how would you compare to firms like silversmith, lead edge, level given the lower comp but better brand

People tend to lateral from JMI to KKR Growth, Lead Edge, etc.
