UBS Wealth Management - Hours/Comp/Progression?
Hi, hope everyone is well, and enjoying life! I am interviewing for UBS Wealth Management but wanted to find out about how the compensation and progression is. I have been seeing around that UBS naturally do not pay much (on this forum) but wanted some more specific information.
Thank you!
Hey fmatic, what a lonely thread. I'm here since nobody responded ...so maybe one of these discussions will help:

You're welcome.
UBS pays just as well as other banks. You have to understand that how you are paid can be different. For instance at UBS sometimes FA's will be compensating you rather than the branch/ubs itself. The branch will pay for a couple client service reps or what not up to a certain amount depending on AUM - after that, the FA's pay out of their own commission.
Regarding pay - pay can vary since it really depends on the team you are on as well as experience and work. I know of Associates(not FA's) making 200,000+ after 3-4 years at UBS.
