Where/How do you keep up with this stuff? I'm interested. Just ear to the street or is there a service/site?
Pick top 5 or so banks that you are interested in/think are elite, go to their transactions page on their website once a week or so, google the new transactions that pop up as 'pending' to see what other banks were involved and read a quick blurb on the deal...
For me I use the independent/eboutiques since they are involved in most top deals. So I do this for PJT, CVP, EVR, PWP and don't really miss much.
Appreciate it brother.
I feel like most of the MDs at CVP are hotshots because they’re all top bankers that were poached from top BBs, curious to hear your thoughts
