Just had superday in NY on November 3rd for Bank of America Sales and Trading. Has anyone heard back yet?

Heard back today, was told I would be rejected from S&T but interviewed for IBD now instead... #yay

My friend got an offer, but she rejected it since she preferred to work at another BB. Another guy went to the super day, but he told me that he got informed that he was rejected the next day.
BAML likes to do a lot of early recruiting and has filled a good amount of their SA position through accelerated interview processes, with people receiving offers back in mid September. Going forward, getting an offer from BAML is going to be tough since there are only a handful of spots left.

Mine was great, everyone seemed very laidback, asking technical stuff sort of matter-of-factly as the conversation carried along. Really like the people I spoke with there, they didn't grill me or make me feel out of place like a few other places did
Good to hear. They got back to you about the offer yet? Are you from core/non-core?

I'm having my BAML S&T superday next week. The email asked me to block around 6 hours on that day, so I figured it would be some kind of assessment center. Could anyone who had previous experience with AC brief some ideas on how to prepare for AC? Or what are some of the BAML Superday attendees on their superday experience? Thanks a lot!!!
well, I took part in the sophomore super day. HR told me to book 6 hours, but the truth is it is only three hours. They divide people in half and there are two super day in a day.
