Hello fellow monkeys, I hope you're all doing well. I'm starting to write cover letters for my applications to IBD SA roles in London in 2021. I was wondering whether BoA reads cover letters given that they have multiple motivational questions needing to be answered?

iirc they have a video interview so its just a cv upload.
Yeah I don't think they had a CL. If so I'd only use it if extra-ordinary circumstances - vet, you have a unique story (immigration, health scare, etc)
If you are writing CLs that ahead, make sure to make them very firm specific and update them with recent prizes, deals...

does it not get old really quickly for those who read these if every single cover letter is just praises of the bank and then a summary of recent deals and league table positions
