Flow Traders Technical and Personal Interview

I've cleared the maths and IQ test of flowtraders. For the next step they would conduct 2 technical and 1 personal interview at the campus. Can anyone share what to expect in them. ? I have heard they ask case studies, can someone share how to prepare for them too? Any help is appreciated.

The office space they have in NY office is the worst I have seen. Pay is below average. Work gets monotonous after a while. I have friends working at other prop. firms, and Flow traders is coming up way short on a number of things. Some people are overworked and some are not worked enough. It is a joke of a place.

If you look at the annual report from last year, a substantial percentage of that NY office received >1mm bonuses. Where do you get the impression that their pay is below average?

I interviewed there back in the summer of 2015, it was interesting.

First round was purely personality and general questions, the girl who was conducting the interview was very nice and we hit it off right away, no doubt that helped me get past that stage. Made her laugh a few times...isn't interviewing a bit like dating? Anyway, heard back right away that I would go to the next section. That was a mental math test, wasn't too bad, luckily for about 8 months prior I had really been focusing on that sort of thing, and did very well. Third round was the "intelligence" test, lots of pattern-matching and logic-based questions. Unfortunately, my computer decided to have a melt-down mid-test, and stole a lot of my time. Unfortunatley, that wasn't a valid excuse, and I did not pass. The guy I worked with for the 2nd and 3rd rounds was very nice though, and overall it was a pleasant experience.

Just make sure you do some mental math practice, and also make sure you're good at visual pattern-matching, if they still use that same test.
