GS PEG co-investments vs. Blackstone co-investments vs mid to low level BB IBD?
If my goals are MF/UMM PE and HBS/GSB, which is the best place to start as an analyst?
Interested in insights into comp and hours as well. Thanks!

I think a key question would be what do folks in those co-investment roles end up doing 2 years out of college? Are they exiting to more "full" PE with some frequency or are those rare exceptions.
Naturally the GS/BX advocate will say "why go to IB where there's only some chance of getting to PE when you can start in PE right now." But I'm skeptical because the top candidate, i.e. the theoretical guy who has his pick, is probably choosing a top IB group.
