I want to quit, but I can’t (rant)

I really want to quit my job and say fcuk you to my boss, but I can’t. I’m almost debt free (Dave Ramsey plan). The WFH game is complete bs. I need help with certain functions and I can’t get the training I need because of Covid. My boss expects me to know shit and when I ask questions I get gaslighted from her. My neighbour(s) dog won’t shut up. The AC in my car is out. Fcuk Covid, fcuk my boss, and most importantly fcuk 2020.
RIP Kobe and the rest of the crew.

Yeah, I'm slowly dying. I feel like WFH is awful for professional and personal growth. I know some people have become hard line WFH, and I can't fault them for wanting something different (spend more time w/ family, traveling, etc.), but I can't buy that I'm learning just as much or getting a fast enough feedback loop to meaningfully improve my thought process, my negotiation skills, or soft skills. I've also noticed more mistakes across the board and it makes me wonder if the $900mm error by Citi was caused or abetted by WFH.

The only WFH benefit I've noted is no pants.

Yeah I don't really see a lot of benefits WFH. I sadly have ADHD and I can't focus well at home. I can get way more at the office than my kitchen table. Even for the parents on our team is having trouble with WFH.
