Major GPA higher than Cumulative GPA
Hi everyone,
I'm new here and would like your input. I searched this question here and I'm stuck between putting my GPA on my resume and not. I have networked with individuals and a close family friend is a SVP of a bank and he knows I'm going down the track of Finance.
My GPA but it is 2.7 cumulative but a 3.75 major GPA, long story short. I was going into medicine because of my parents coming from healthcare backgrounds and being urged to go. I found I love being an entrepreneur and on my spare time I would read up on industries to find investment ideas that could potentially generate money, one venture is currently in progress as we speak.
This resulted in me never giving any attention to my biology classes and in the Spring of 2017 I made the decision to change to Finance. I have two years left until I graduate with a Finance major but don't know if I should put both GPAs on my resume, none at all, just the major and have them bring up the status of my cumulative GPA during the interview.

Why does this remind me of JoblessJoe? Anyways, everyone is going to have a different opinion on this but i say put your Major GPA on your resume and leave cumulative out. It really depends on how you spin the story (if) they bring up your missing cumulative GPA.
