Morgan Stanley Finance v. Deloitte Securitization => FT IBD

Junior Non target with goal of Boutique/MM FT IBD

Two SA offers:

Morgan Stanley Finance, most likely product control

Deloitte Securitization, mostly CDO's, MBS, ABS
-Some valuation of the cash flows from these securities but it mostly seems like the accounting and compliance behind the distribution of the cash flows from the various tranches. Clients are usually the investors in these securities, have seen some people move to structured finance at BB's

only MS finance if you already have a wicked GPA and ECs, or its the Princeton or MIT ones. Otherwise, take the jobs. The kind of jobs you'd get from MSFs without a top GPA and internships would be lower than the jobs you have offered to you.

Do you have any advice on what I could do to better position myself for FT IBD? i.e modeling course, I know networking will be important. My biggest concern is not having any prior IB experience

Thanks for the input, definitely a great confidence boost
