Nervousness/Imposter Syndrome for Superdays

Hey everyone,

I recently received a superday for what I would consider a great bank and something that I was striving for over the past 2 years. But for some reason now I can't shake off this feeling of imposter sydrome/nervousness just thinking about the superday.

Don't get me wrong, I'm super grateful for the opportunity but wondering if any other monkeys felt this way and any advice on how to feel good.

You are not alone. I have a superday coming up at a bank that I really want and I am extremely nervous as I feel like I am going to mess it up. But I keep telling my self that as long as I give it my best shot, I will be fine

If you feel too much of a bitch, get Propranolol. Go see your physician and tell him exactly what you wrote, he'll write a prescription for you. Propranolol isn't a psychoactive drug, just a beta blocker but it does wonder for stage fright, performance anxiety and similar things so if you tell him and ask he'll definitely accept.

Focus on doing the best you can (what you are in control of) and not the outcome of the interview (what you are not in control of). Make the KPI of the interview how well you perform, not the outcome, and everything will follow. Best of luck!
