Just saw this start up out there trying to sully the Lehman name. From their website:

Uhh, isn't this trademark infringement? My assumption is that Lehman Brothers' name is owned by one of the legacy organizations.

Ya know, the thing is, I can't even tell what's fact and fiction on the internet anymore (ever?). I'm just waiting for someone to say, "You dumbass, can't you see it's just a joke? Moron." The more ridiculous the story--Lehman Brothers whiskey--the more my guard goes up. At least The Observer is an actual news periodical. Makes me feel better.
