Offer rescinded- where to go from here?

I’ll try to keep this pretty brief as I don’t want to dox myself but I’m struggling with what to do moving forward:
- I interned at a large bank last summer and received a full-time offer (did a decent job but did not necessarily click with my team and was unable to find anyone I can get close with)
- Due to some unforeseen circumstances (nothing unethical on my end like lying, cheating etc.) I got my offer rescinded
- I tried reaching out to my team but they either did not respond back or just said it’s out of their control but will try to help in other ways.
I don’t want to knock myself down as this bank is a great look for my resume, I have a decent GPA and go to a good school. But I’m genuinely clueless as to what to do right now?

I guess advice depends on what you did/what happened to get the offer rescinded.
If this is legit bank (and it sounds like it was), rescission sounds highly unusual.
The group I was in recruited two full-times while I was there and brought in a new first-year earlier this year. I did have some conflict with my start time and asked for a possible push but it wasn't anything too concrete on my end.
Just remember, it is what it is. Positive is you got good experience as an intern, negative is the offer didn't work out.
Don't feel back, you'll forget about it over time and people won't really ask/know. Everyone thinks when someone happens to them its front page news, but usually most people are too wrapped up in their own stuff to really notice.
I appreciate the words! I did think it was embarrassing at first but I'm pretty sure my team forgot about me already haha so you're right. I definitely am appreciative of the opportunity it's just kind of weird as I'm unsure where to go from here.
What did the email say?
I forgot to mention in the post that I did have an initial conflict with my start time so I brought that up with HR and went back and forth. They finally got me on a call with my MD and the HR team and broke the news.
If the fallout was on account of the start date, and assuming the bank needed someone in that role asap to handle work that was piling up, then rescinding your offer would be logical if they were clear where they stand. In which case presumably whatever constraint you had was important enough to upset them. If on the other hand they were just being petty, it's best you look elsewhere. Either way, that's an odd way to treat a new hire and perhaps it's for the best that you look for a different employer.
