I know a guy who worked there. He left. They have a unique structure. They don’t really use “titles” for positions as he would say. Very hard working, blue collar culture. He called it a true IB culture. Within oil and gas, they’re quite well known. By far the best bank in Denver imo. I had a mentor who ran the largest bank in Denver (he sold the bank) and he said they’d avoid competing with Petrie. I did some informationals with them in college and ultimately wanted to move out of Denver. I think this was around 2017. I don’t believe they market positions on their website. It used to be a networking thing. It looks like they’ve grown a lot since then (understandably), so there may be more opportunities and positions posted online.
