Take my advice with a grain of salt but the format seems a bit non-conventional. I would research more on resume format around WSO. Your GPA is pretty low but you seem to have a lot of experience and relevant skill under your belt. One thing for sure is I would quantify your resume if possible.

@jkim3381 Why does it have be a conventional format? Also, how do you think I should quantify my recent experience? For instance, should I mention how many credit agreement I analyzed? Can you please be specific?

Once again, I am certainly no expert on the IBD industry but the M&I format seems to be a very well tested proven format (from what I can gather around WSO). Since you're interested in IBD, make sure you emphasize and stress any detail oriented and deadline-critical work.
As for the quantification of your resume, I can't offer any advice for the first half of your experience but you could make some adjustments in describing your role as an investment advisor and finance intern. I personally would indicate the returns of the bond portfolio (if its good, compare it against a benchmark index), specify what types of strategies you proposed, the AUM of the portfolios you advised and managed. Other than that, I can't offer much as a new guy here.
One thing for sure though, I would adjust this though (make it detailed yet concise)
"Utilize an opportunistic investment approach that employs a focus on a targeted universe of investment grade U.S. corporate bonds, in-depth company research and security level risk/return analysis."
"Utilize a bottom-up (it seems this is what you are doing through your research) and security level risk/return analysis that targets investment-grade U.S. corporate bonds." (Take this with a grain of salt).
Deviating of course here but you seem to have a ton of experience with fixed-income. I know fixed income desks have taken a huge hit lately but is there a specific reason why you are seeking to move to IBD? I know that the recruitment process for IBD is pretty structured and rigid for undergrads.
@jkim3381 I really appreciate you helping me here. Yes, I am really interested in FI, also I have some experience. I am not interested in M&A, but I am highly interested in FICC. Sales and trading (fixed income) in an IB perhaps. I know it is really hard to get in as a recent grad since I missed the boat already. But, would you be able to offer me some advice as to which areas of a bank I should apply to with this much of FI experience? Thanks again.
Like you said, you probably have the best shot (just from looking at resume) in S&T roles. However, don't discount IBD at all as you seem to have gained some IBD related skills (modeling, due diligence, research) in your private equity role. Since you are in NY, you have a great advantage in networking. Find some alumni and invite them for some coffee or lunch. You can then ask about recruitment possibilities as a graduated student. Considering your experience and location, this should be a breeze for you.
